What we collect
Little Matters collects the parent or caregiver’s name, email, phone, billing and order details; course-account and progress data; support and grievance communications; and device, cookie and analytics information where enabled. We do not require a child profile, photograph, date of birth or health record.
Why we use it
We use personal data to process orders and refunds, create and secure course access, send transactional messages, provide support, prevent fraud, measure performance with consent where required, and meet tax, accounting and legal duties.
Processors
Service providers may include Shopify, Razorpay, Frappe Learning hosting, Cloudflare, our transactional email provider, WhatsApp/Meta, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel when enabled.
Your choices
To ask what personal data we hold, request correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent, or raise a privacy concern, email privacy@littlematters.in. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
